Understanding Cisco Data Center Foundations (DCFNDU)

(DCFNDU) v1.0 course helps you prepare for entry-level data center roles. In this course, you will learn the foundational knowledge and skills you need to configure Cisco® data center technologies including: networking, virtualization, storage area networking, and unified computing. You will get an introduction to Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (Cisco ACI), automation and cloud computing. You will get hands-on experience with configuring features on Cisco Nexus Operating System (Cisco NX-OS) and Cisco Unified Computing System (Cisco UCS).

Implementing and Administering Cisco Solutions (CCNA)

The Implementing and Administering Cisco Solutions (CCNA) v1.0 course gives you a broad range of fundamental knowledge for all IT careers. Through a combination of lecture and hands-on labs, you will learn how to install, operate, configure, and verify basic IPv4 and IPv6 networks. This course helps you prepare to take the 200-301 Cisco® Certified Network Associate (CCNA®) exam.

Integrating Cisco Enterprise Chat & Email with UCCE (ICCE)

In this 4-day hands-on course students will discover how to deploy Cisco Enterprise Chat and Email into an existing Enterprise Contact Center environment. The course covers the details needed to prepare an both UCCE and ECE environments for the integration and configurations steps required to do the actual integration. ICCE is not eligible for Cisco Learning Credits.

CVP Development and Scripting Part 2 (CVPDS2)

CVPD Scripting Part 2 class provides in-depth coverage and hands-on practice of the more advanced programming topics of Call Studio such as web services and parsing their results, javascript, modularizing large applications, writing a speech recognition applications, and advanced event handling. CVPD Part 1 or Experience Using Call Studio is a pre-requisite course for this class.

CVP Development and Scripting Part 1 (CVPDS1)

CVP Development and Scripting – Part 1 is part of the Cisco UCCE with CVP suite of Contact Centre training classes. CVPDS-1 teaches each student to use the features of Call Studio to build self-service IVR applications and to run and maintain them on the CVP VXML Server, and to interface with UCCE/ICM scripts.
This course is also a pre-requisite for CVP Development and Scripting Part 2 (CVPDS2) course.
