This hands on workshop provides you with knowledge of Cisco® Expressway Series solutions, Cisco Meeting Server, Cisco TelePresence Management Suite (TMS) Solution and Cisco CMM.  In this class, you will explore basic setup, configuration, integration and troubleshooting of these conferencing solutions using a dcloud lab.

Prerequisites

Before taking this course, you should have the following knowledge and skills:

  • Understanding of networking technologies
  • Understanding voice and video
  • Knowledge of Cisco collaboration core technologies
  • Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol (XMPP) signaling protocol fundamentals
  • Collaboration call control fundamentals of Cisco Unified Communications Manager
